Integrating Zoom with Warmcal

1. Adding Zoom to Warmcal

Follow these steps to connect your Zoom account with Warmcal:

1. Navigate to Integrations
   • Log in to your Warmcal account.
   • Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Connect to Zoom
   • Click on Connect Zoom.
   • You will be redirected to the Zoom authorization page.
3. Authorize Warmcal
   • Sign in to your Zoom account (if not already logged in).
   • Review the permissions Warmcal requires.
   • Click Allow to grant Warmcal access to your Zoom account.
4. Confirmation
   • You will be redirected back to Warmcal, where a success message will confirm the integration.
   • Your Zoom meetings will now be automatically created when scheduling through Warmcal that has Zoom as Meeting Location.

2. Usage

Once Zoom is connected, you can use it with Warmcal in the following ways:

Scheduling a Meeting with Zoom

1. Create a Meeting Type
   • Navigate to Meeting Types.
   • Select or create a new meeting type.
   • Under Meeting Location, choose Zoom.
2. Automatic Zoom Meeting Creation
   • When a user books a time with you, Warmcal will generate a Zoom meeting link.
   • The link is shared with both parties via email and in the Warmcal dashboard.

Prerequisites

• A valid Zoom account.
• The Warmcal Zoom integration must be enabled.

3. Removing the App

If you wish to disconnect Zoom from Warmcal, follow these steps:

Prerequisites

Switch all meeting types that have meeting location as Zoom, to Google or disable them. This is needed to ensure a smooth experience for your guests.

Uninstalling from Warmcal

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
2. Click Disconnect under Zoom.

Uninstalling from Zoom

1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the Warmcal app.
3. Select the Warmcal app.
4. Click Remove.

Implications of Removal

• Warmcal will no longer be able to create Zoom meetings.
• Any meeting types that still have Zoom as meeting location, will fall back to Google Meet.
• Existing Zoom links in past bookings remain functional.

How Warmcal Handles Your Data

• Upon removal, Warmcal will no longer access your Zoom account.
• Any stored Zoom oAuth tokens will be deleted as per our privacy policy.
